What a fabulous first year we’ve had at Forbes Place! Not only do we have many happy residents who recommend us (you can read some of their reviews here) but we’ve once again been recognised by the International Property Awards, scooping 2 awards in the 2017-2018 UK stage of the awards!
The International Property Awards
Having won 3 awards in the competition last year, we were delighted to have been nominated once again, this year in the ‘Apartment – North East Scotland‘ and the ‘North East Scotland Lettings Agency‘ categories.
The International Property Awards are judged by a panel of more than 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Earl of Caithness and Lord Best.
Judging is focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
We’ll find out if Forbes Place has received the ‘highly commended’ or coveted ‘5-star’ distinctions in October – we’ll keep you posted!
