Whether you choose a studio, 1 bed or 2 bed apartment, we’ve included plenty of practical storage solutions, so you don’t have to compromise on style or space. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace and a parking space.
Kitchens in our apartments and townhouses are fitted with integrated Neff and Bosch appliances rated A or higher for energy efficiency.
Bathrooms either have spacious walk-in showers or luxury baths with shower fixtures, whilst our 2 bedroom apartments have one of each, meaning there’s no queue for the bathroom in the morning.
All of our properties are set up with satellite TV connections so you can be watching TV from day one, and because Forbes Place comes with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) B rating, your monthly energy bills will be cheaper than renting in an older property.
Ready to move in
All of our apartments are tastefully furnished so there’s none of the cost or inconvenience of buying and moving in furniture. Our townhouses are available furnished or unfurnished, whatever works best for you.
Our quality furniture packages mean you can make yourself at home from day one. With contemporary dark grey sofas and glass coffee tables in the living space, and stylish double beds with button detailed headboards in the bedrooms, our homes are ready to move into.
As well as providing free high speed broadband for our residents, all of our apartments come with a dedicated parking space at no extra cost.

Our friendly management team are your port of call for any queries and maintenance reports. We’ll sign for your parcels and look after your online groceries in our temperature controlled facilities, and we’ll be sure to let you know once they’ve arrived.
Another benefit of us being on-site means all repairs can be carried out more efficiently and for out-of-hours emergencies, you’re not alone! We’ll give you a 24-hour contact number to call for assistance.
For your day-to-day ease we’ve got secure bicycle storage and a dedicated parking space for each apartment so you won’t have to worry about where to park up at the end of the day. Furthermore all of our apartment buildings are very secure with key fob access and video entry systems in place, for additional peace of mind.
All of our properties are available to rent for a minimum of 6 months, but the beauty is you can stay with us for as long as you like. Forbes Place is one of the first Build-to-Rent developments in Scotland, which means it has been designed and built specifically for renting.
